Nvidia skips Computex Ground floor to launch stunning DGX AI-PCs that you probably can’t afford yet

On Computex 2025, Nvidia Take a somewhat unconventional route by bypassing the most important exhibition floor and instead organizing its own “GTC Taipei” event in a nearby hotel.
There, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang held a trio of Keynote speeches during the event, in which new AI-oriented hardware was unveiled. One of the biggest announcements were two devices: the DGX Spark, a compact mini-PC focused on AI developers and the DGX station, a more powerful workstation-class system.
Although units of the NVIDIA brand were exhibited, the real surprise was the reach of OEM partners who participated in the initiative, with 11 models expected in the spark and station lines.

The DGX Spark is built around the new Nvidia GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip, which combines a 20-core Arm CPU co-developed with MediaTek (with 10 Cortex-X295 and 10 Cortex-X725 Cores) and a GPU based on the Blackwell architecture of Nvidia.
Designed for developers, the device supplies up to 1,000 tops (FP4/Schaars) of performance and ships with a Linux-based DGX OS, Nvidia’s AI Development Suite that was also used in its data center platforms such as Blackwell and Hopper.
Various partners, including AcerAsus, DellGigabyte, Horsepower” LenovoAnd MSIHad models to see. At first glance, however, the only visible differences were in the external design.
During the event, no internal tsdowns were allowed, so that a valid question called: how else are these OEM versions beyond aesthetics?
While the DGX Spark promises to be a strong contender for the title of Best mobile workstation For AI development, potential buyers may want to wait for detailed reviews before they make a purchase.

The DGX station, more directly aimed at professionals who need high-end workstation PCs, has the GB300 Grace Blackwell Ultra Desktop Superchip.
It is equipped with 288 GB HBM3E memory on the GPU and a 72-core NEEODSE V2 CPU combined with 496 GB LPDDR5X RAM, making it far from a normal desktop.
Just like The Spark, DGX OS is running and supports the full AI development stack of Nvidia.
The DGX station board that was shown at the exhibition was a mockup, although the actual product was displayed during a separate session.
Nevertheless, there are still questions about how completed the systems are, especially because full availability is not expected until the end of 2025.
In particular, the DGX station is only available via OEMs, with Asus, Gigabyte, MSI and Supermicro that lead the rollout.
This fragmented distribution model could introduce variation in build quality and thermal performance, critical factors for users who are looking for the Best Workstation -PC.
