Olympian Tara Davis-Woodhall’s 2 Favorite Skin Care Ingredients and Her $6 Moisturizer
When it comes to her skincare routine, Olympic runner Tara Davis-Woodhall makes sure she never runs out of her favorite products.
She also shared what moisturizer she brought to the Paris Games so she looks fresh when she reaches the podium.
WINNING ROUTINE
The athlete, whose husband Hunter Woodhall is a Paralympic track and field star, swears by two skin-softening ingredients that she says are always a winning combination.
“I mainly use skin care products that contain hyaluronic acid and hydrating peptides so my skin doesn’t need any side effects,” she told The US Sun.
“I truly believe that skincare is the most important foundation for any makeup routine, whether it’s going without makeup,” she continued.
For Davis-Woodhall, there’s only one moisturizer that can win the gold medal.
“My favorite product is Nair’s Body Cream in Oat Milk and Vanilla,” she said.
“It smells so clean and is also hydrating. It makes me feel like I am doing my skincare routine while I am doing my daily shower routine,” she added.
MONEY SAVING SKINCARE
Her favorite purchase is also budget-friendly.
If you want Olympic-approved skin, go for the Nair Body Cream. It’s $5.84 at Walmart.
