The owners of a dilapidated property rented by a few accused of killing teenager Pheobe Bishop found the expanded house strewn with dog feet.
The landlords seemed to be stunned on Sunday when they inspected the mess in the house in the Milden Street in Gin Gin, in Queensland‘s Bundaberg region.
Pheobe lived on the site with James Wood and Tanika Bromley before she disappeared on 15 May.
Wood and Bromley have since been accused of her murder and two counts of each interfering with her corpse.
Empty bottles, clothing and waste surrounded the building on Sunday with the landlord couple that Daily Mail Australia told that it was ‘even worse inside’.
They claimed that the interior was littered with dog issues and confirmed that the Fangs of wood that had died on the site died.
The rear veranda is also supposed to be covered with faeces, together with used COVID tests.
Real Estate photos of the house from 2024 and 2016 showed that the building had previously been in pristine condition with neat gardens and clean verandas.

The house is now completely unrecognizable compared to the unspoilt state that is seen in the real estate photos
The young couple have had the building for several years and only discovered the disgusting state of their house when it made it to the headlines after Pheobe had disappeared.
“It was a beautiful house,” they said.
The couple said that Wood and Bromley ‘had checked all the boxes’ as good tenants when they register for the rent, which is supposed to be mentioned for $ 550 a week.
It is clear that the house was rented in the name of Bromley and she never missed a payment.
The owners, from the distant Noord -Veensland, returned to Gin Gin to assess the damage to their property, which was taken over by the forensic police after the disappearance of Pheobe.
The house was named a crime scene shortly after the teenager had disappeared, but was processed and closed at the end of last month.
“We don’t even know where to start,” the landlords admitted while investigating the property littered with garbage.
The male owner told Channel Seven Saturday: “We started a family in this house.”

The couple hopes to clear it up and make it livable to get it back on the market. “
Pheobe had been withdrawn from Bromley and Wood in recent months, after problems in her parental home.
A local IGA employee told Daily Mail Australia Pheobe would often come in to buy food, but did not have enough money.
“I would pay the rest so that the child could eat,” she said.
On May 15, Bromley and Wood Pheobe brought Bundaberg to Bundaberg, but she never made it to the terminal.
Some neighbors reported an argument in the Mild Street Home in the early hours of that morning.
Detective inspector Craig Mansfield said this week that the police will claim that three people came close to the airport and that three people never left that vehicle. “
Human remains were found deeply on Friday in the Good Night Scrub National Park, an hour of the ownership of Milden Street.
The gin gin community will keep a wake in her memory tonight.
