Scott Carson has left Manchester City after six years of service for the club.
The experienced goalkeeper makes his exit with the bizarre record of more Premier League winner’s medals than performances.
Manchester City confirmed the exit of Caron on social media.
An explanation was: “After six seasons with the club, Scott Carson Manchester City leaves when his contract ends this summer.
“We want to thank Scott for his hard work and dedication and wish him good luck for the future.”
Carson, 39, made the switch to the citizens in 2019 after a loan from Derby County was made permanent.
He only made two performances for the club, with one in the Champions League and the other in the Premier League.
Despite his lack of Gametime, he picked up an impressive trophy trail.
The club has won one Champions League, four prominent competitions, two leagueups, a UEFA Super Cup and a club world cup during its spell.
This means that he has defeated the record of Cristiano Ronaldo in England and Ronaldinho in the UCL.

Since his arrival, Carson has been praised as a “appreciated part” of the goalkeeper unit of the club.
He played a key role in supporting regular stoppers Ederson and Stefan Ortega.
