Stewardess reveals real reason why you should never trade with someone else’s chair

Switching chair in an airplane is always controversial.

And now a stewardess has gone to social media to warn passengers not to have another holiday maker changing chairs.

Leanna Coy (@leannacoy), a member of the cabin crew based in the US, placed one Tap video entitled ‘Why you should not switch from the aircraft ‘seat’.

The stewardess explains that she was recently asked to change chairs with a passenger on a flight from United Airlines.

Leanna says that the woman asked her to exchange her aisle chair for another aisle chair in a different row.

She reveals: ‘Normally I am definitely 100 percent against the changing chair. Your lack of planning should not be that I have to move. ‘

But on this occasion, Leanna explains that she decided to exchange chairs. However, the stewardess quickly regretted its decision.

The cabin crew member says that if the woman would do something against the rules of the plane, such as smoking in the bathroom, her behavior would be associated with Leanna’s chair number.

This means that the passenger who exchanges with Leanna would have access to her card to pay for items.

Leanna claims that she spoke with the stewardess who confirmed that the passenger could use the Leanna card to order items on the chair.

She adds: ‘Do I now think that this lady tried to inform me out of money on my card? No. But that’s just something to be aware of.

‘I fully support you if you don’t want to change space. You are entitled to the chair you have chosen. ‘

But a user who said they were working as a United Gate Agent also warned passengers not to change seats on the plane.
