The 47th president began signing executive orders before cheering crowds Monday afternoon, noting, “Imagine Biden doing this… I don't think so.”
After riling up the crowd with an emphatic speech, Trump sat down and began working his way through a stack of executive orders, which were announced one by one.
When the time came to sign an order to withdraw from the Paris Climate Agreement, Trump whispered off camera, “It will save them a trillion dollars.”
