In the next phase of Business AI acceptance, agents will become an essential part of the staff, regardless of your industry, Salesforce have explained leaders.
Zahra Bahrololoumi CBE, Salesforce UKI CEO, spoke during her Agent Force World Tour London event, said it was time for the “digital labor revolution” as AI agents Take a more central role in companies everywhere.
“This is a time when we get our teams and unlock extra capacity with AI agents who work next to us,” she explained, “and we now need this more than ever, because customers expect more.”
AI agents everywhere
Bahrololoumi emphasized the increasing role of AI agents as the next step along a technological journey that embraces companies, Cloud Computing Mobile and now AI.
Salesforce was able to support its customers during every step of this trip, noticed, and wants to play a key role in the AI adoption, a movement that she noticed, “almost possible greater than the arrival of the internet.”
Current consumers and business customers want personal and human experiences, proactive planning and more interactive experiences in their business trade, noted them: “Customers want this 24/7 – but the reality is that many customers have trouble keeping up with.”
Instead of having to choose between quality and scale, or the burning out of human employees, AI agents can play a key role, Salesforce believes.
Bahrololoumi explained that Agentforce “can offer workforce without limits … Agents with a real freedom of choice, they don’t talk alone, they take action and they solve the problems of your customer 24/7.”
“Agentforce is not only a series of tools, it is the agentic layer for your company,” she explained, “it’s time for companies to take advantage of the digital labor revolution.”
To support these views, Salesforce revealed its report from Digital Labor Trends, which claims that leaders of the UK C-suite business companies believe that Digital Labor will offer a 25% boost in productivity.
The research also showed that British companies now embrace fully AI agents, with more than three-quarters (78%) of the organizations that already use AI agents and 14% plan to assume the technology in the coming six months.
“Every board and company must prepare for this organizational transformation, rest their people for a workforce that is both human and digital,” noted Bahrololoumi, “this is the digital labor revolution.”
