A federal judge excluded the Trump government on Wednesday to hold Mahmoud Khalil.
The judge, Michael E. Farbiarz, however, pauted his own order and said that it would only come into effect on Friday until 9:30 am, which would appeal to the administration.
Mr. Khalil, Whose wife and son of the baby are American civiliansHeld in Louisiana for three months. He is not accused of a crime.
