An inspector of the building was lagging stunned after receiving a letter from lawyers who forbid him to visit a property that he had investigated for his new buyer.
All in black dressed and armed with a camera on body, the ‘Tap Inspector carefully zooms in on every mistake at the houses he investigates and explains the problems.
It is the publicly oriented side of the 43-year-old Zeher Khalil’s established business, site inspections, which offers forensic assessments of buildings.
With a diploma in construction, Mr Khalil said that he used more than ten years of experience in industry to help companies and developers take into account.
“We want to reveal who these guys are as soon as possible,” he told Daily Mail Australia on Thursday.
On May 20, Mr Khalil seemed to have met his competition when law firm Thomson Greer forbade him on behalf of their client from a ‘luxury’ house with four bedrooms in a well -to -do suburb of Melbourne.
Mr. Khalil had visited the property at the request of the buyer before completing the payments.
“The homeowners (looked at) the cosmetic things and I had something like:” Yes, but you have a bigger problem here, “he said.

‘The upholstery falls apart. The roof is filled. It is one of the worst, this job.
‘I went on the roof (s) I am:’ Man, this is so bad and there are other units for sale. I have to warn people about it. “
In the report of the site inspections, seen by this publication, Mr. Khalil found 48 details in the house that were ‘non-compliance’ and 82 defects mentioned.
He posted a five-minute video on Tiktok Walking viewers due to some of the most urgent problems.
This included a handrail outside the building that staggered, alleged signs of leaks in the house and loose window frames and upholstery.
Everywhere viewers could hear the exclamations of Mr Khalil about ‘Oh my godly’ and ‘look at this mess’.
“I deliberately made it to warn people because it’s not about being working, just look at what you buy,” he said.

Mr Khalil’s legal team accused the legal team of violation and damage to the house
Thomson Greer published Mr. Khalil two weeks later with a letter and claimed ‘illegal entry and property damage’, which he placed on his Tiktok account.
“Your actions are violation and unauthorized interference with the ownership of our client, both of which can be used under the law,” it was said.
“Given the above behavior, we recommend that you are forbidden to enter real estate in every capacity of the development of real estate.”
If he wants to return to the property, Mr. Khalil was told that he should get an explicit written permission from the relevant owner.
But he did not seem to be impressed by the events and claimed that it was a sign that the group did not want him to check their other characteristics.
“We got worse. We receive letters from these larger builders, “he said.
“They are like:” Remove (a video). We are going to sue you because of defamation. We lose contracts “.”
Mr Khalil said he will not remove videos, but companies have threatened with the suggestion that he will offer free inspections to anyone who uses the company and publish videos of them as legal affairs are launched.
In the case of the ownership of Melbourne, the inspector said that he posted the letter from the lawyers to warn people about the company and the house.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted Thomson Greer for comments from their customer.
Mr Khalil said that the buyer, who paid him to investigate the property, holds the completion of payments for the house until the problems of the site inspections are tackled.
“I think he won’t settle until they repair the items,” he said.
