The Blues start their American adventure Against MLS heavyweights Lafc tonight.
Enzo Maresca’s men are confronted with a Difficult test against former Chelsea -Held Olivier Giroud In Atlanta, Georgia – Where Temperatures can touch a sticky 30 degrees Celsius.
But with an even more difficult game on the horizon against Brazilian Giants Flamengo, today’s game could offer opportunities for some new faces.
Chelsea has brought no fewer than 28 players to the United States, with conference winners such as Cole Palmer, Enzo Fernandez and Reece James.
Promising young people such as Tyrique George, Marc Guiu and Josh Acheampong have also traveled.
However, there can be no fewer than six debutants tonight in scenes that are bound to blues fans.
And if they can all be seen on the field at the same time, they would make a new spine to mark the newest point of Chelsea’s rapid revolution.
Hoping to stand between the sticks is the Belgian goalkeeper Mike Penders.
The 19-year-old joined the Genk last summer before he returned on loan and played 21 times to help them finish first in the ‘regular season’ table of the Pro League.

Standing on no less than 6ft 7, the imposing frame of Penders has inevitably called him the ‘new Thibaut Courtois’.
And with Chelsea struggling for an established NO1 since the exit from Courtois to Real Madrid in 2018, the time seems good for Penders to set up his claim.

In defense there can be debut for not one but two center backs.
The first is Mamadou Sarr, 19, who only came to Chelsea of Sister Club Strasbourg a week ago.
Despite his age, the defender was entrusted with 27 Ligue 1 onions by former boss Liam Rosenior – who thinks SARR can become ‘world class’.
His 6ft 4 -height means that Chelsea has all their replacement for Axel Disasi, which was omitted from Club’s World Cup team.
And SARR’s technical capacity means that he can also fill in as a midfielder when needed.
He could be accompanied by the Argentinian Aas Aaron Anselmino, who signed for Chelsea last summer.
The 20-year-old stayed with Boca Juniors until January before he moved to Stamford Bridge.
And although Anselmino did not make his debut in the second half of the season, he has certainly gained valuable experience with the seniors.
Looking further ahead, Chelsea can also be set for a new midfield spivot.
With the injuries of Romeo Lavia, making him unreliable support for Moises Caicedo and Enzo Fernandez, a new top class NO6/8 was needed this summer.
But Chelsea’s smart shopping means that they already have the perfect man in Andrey Santos.
It is two and a half years ago that the 21-year-old was signed of Vasco da Gama-but yet he has to make his bow for the blues, even though he has won two caps for Brazil.
A disappointing loan spell in Nottingham Forest was followed by a brilliant 18 months in Sister Club Strasbourg.
This season Santos saw 11 times in 34 trips while he helped the French party to be eligible for the Conference League.
And he has the potential to even disturb the flowering partnership between Caicedo and Fernandez.
In the meantime, a fifth party has joined the midfield film in the form of Portugal U21S star Dario Essugo.
Broken in March from Sporting Lisbon, he sparkled this season on loan on the Spanish side Las Palmas.
Another young person at 20, Essugo has been invoiced as a similar type of player as Caicedo.
And his dynamics could be what Chelsea needs to close heavy games while looking for Club World Cup Glory.
Finally, the blues hope to solve their target problems with £ 30 million striker Liam Delap.
The former Ipswich man, 22, hit 12 Premier League goals this season and has the same build as iconic Chelsea Forwards such as Didier Drogba and Diego Costa.
Of all six players who hope to make their debut, Delap has the greatest chance of starting from the off tonight.
And if he runs the ground, Nicolas Jackson will find it difficult to reclaim his place, because Chelsea Chiefs strive to land the stunning £ 100 million jackpot of FIFA.
