A tourist was arrested after allegedly going on a drunken, racist tirade at a Miami bar and telling a bartender that President Trump would deport him while refusing to pay his bill.
Michael John Nixon, 42, of Arlington, Virginia, was taken into custody Sunday after allegedly harassing a Latino bartender and punching another employee at Norman's Tavern in Miami Beach, Florida.
Nixon also refused to pay his $130 bar bill around 11:15 p.m. Sunday, telling the staff, “I'm not paying anything,” according to Local 10.
The Arlington resident then broke a glass cup and threatened to break more items while making “Hispanophobic” comments, police said.
'Hola. English, you bastard,” he allegedly said to the bartender. 'I live in America. You speak English.'
Nixon then allegedly repeated “English, b**ch” four times before adding, “F**king Trump is going to deport your a**.”
According to Local 10, he then grabbed the bartender and punched another employee in the face.
The bartender then “began to back away” after noticing Nixon's “increase.”[ly] aggressive behavior” to “prevent further physical attacks,” the arrest report said.

While leaving the bar, Nixon allegedly “intentionally struck” the bartender by “forcefully moving his body forward, specifically his left shoulder toward” the employee, causing the bartender to strike the Virginian in the face, police said.
Nixon left the scene before police arrived, but returned while authorities spoke with the manager.
He was arrested and booked into Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on charges of assault with prejudice and misdemeanors of criminal mischief, defrauding an innkeeper and disorderly conduct, Local 10 reported.
During a preliminary investigation, police found surveillance footage that showed guests stopping and staring at Nixon during his outburst, according to NBC Miami.
Several guests sitting at the bar also left during the fit, the outlet said.
On Tuesday, a Miami Beach police officer testified in court that Nixon's response was racially motivated.
He is being held on a $5,450 bond.
