I’m 64 and I wear bikinis – I’m aging gracefully, no one can tell me otherwise
IT may seem like you can’t wear a bikini anymore as you get older, but Harrah Brown proves that’s not true.
The 64-year-old internet star is determined not to let her age get in the way of living a young life.
Harrah, who has 117,900 TikTok followers, now uses her social media as a platform to inspire others to “be beautiful, fit and confident at any age.”
The blonde beautyyoumine does this by showing off her “amazing” body, which she has worked hard on through strength training.
The mother of four says: “We all have the free will to live our lives the way we want.
“It feels good to be healthy, strong and fit at this age. When I started strength training in September 2020, I was weak and had no energy or stamina. Not anymore.”
Harrah revealed that she didn’t start out with a muscular body, but was in fact “underweight, weak and fragile.”
Now she eats 120 grams of protein every day.
She adds: “Getting in shape at this age is possible with patience, consistency and determination.
“It’s a constant process of trial and error, but the journey is worth it!”
Harrah regularly posts videos of herself walking around in a bikini. In one of the videos, she wore a white bardot top with matching bikini bottoms. The video has been viewed more than 4.7 million times.
The video, in which she looks super glamorous with curly hair, attracted more than 7,000 people who shared their opinions in the comments.

In another video, Harrah revealed what ingredients she eats to stay healthy and give her a “vibrant glow.”
She says, “Fiber literally acts like a broom for your intestines, cleaning you out.”
Her healthy diet contains red bell pepper, bok choy, broccoli, parsley, carrots, two cucumbers, tomatoes, apples, avocados, lemons and limes, salmon, chicken and chia.
She also advises drinking more water to help flush out excess water.
