Buddy Franklin’s Shocking New Career Move LEAKED One Year After He Announced His Retirement From The AFL
Buddy Franklin’s shocking new career was discovered nearly a year after he announced his retirement from the AFL.
The former football star enjoyed one of the best careers the sport has ever seen before retiring from the sport in July 2023 due to a calf injury.
But leaked footage shows the sporting legend’s surprising new adventures off the field.
In a video shared on Reddit, Buddy was seen in a kitchen, kneading dough while filming a movie.
“Anyone know what this is? Looks like Buddy has a new part-time job… but it’s not on the field,” the poster read.
Several users suspected that Buddy was now a chef and perhaps the face of a new ‘cooking show’.
“I’m no scientist, but if I had to take a wild guess, I think it looks like he’s on some kind of cooking show on TV,” one user suggested in the thread, while another added, “Lol, is he on a cooking show?”
“It has to be an advertisement, right?” asked another.

Daily Mail Australia can reveal that Buddy’s upcoming move is part of a partnership with Hahn, with the beer company set to reveal more on Friday.
Buddy’s departure from the AFL was officially announced by the club in July last year after the forward told his teammates of his decision.
Shortly after the news broke, he posted a short thank you message on Instagram.
“What a journey. Thank you to everyone who has been on this crazy ride with me,” he wrote, accompanied by a love heart emoji.

Buddy, who won championships with the Hawks in 2008 and 2013, will go down as one of the greatest players in Australian football history.
He now ranks fourth on the list of all-time AFL and VFL goal kickers, with 1,066 majors in 354 games.
His 1000th goal caused wild scenes in the SCG match between the Swans and Geelong in March last year.

His many achievements include being named All Australian Award eight times, Best Goalkeeper for Sydney seven times and Hawthorn six times, and winning the Coleman Medal for the league’s best goalkeeper four times.
After Buddy retired from football, he and his family moved to the Gold Coast.
In November 2016, he secretly married his wife Jesinta and together they have two children: Tullulah, four, and Rocky, three.
Much of Buddy and Jesinta’s wealth comes from the strength of their brand. Over the years, they have secured a large number of lucrative sponsorship deals.
