Agentforce 3 arrives
“With Agentforce we have united agents, data, apps and metadata to create a digital labor platform, so that thousands of companies can realize the promise of Agentic AI today,” said Adam Evans, EVP & GM of Salesforce AI.
Salesforce says that his new command center, part of Agentforce Studio, will offer users much more supervision in the work that their AI agents perform daily.
Previously this included observing technical problems concerning the safety and performance of models – but this will now be expanded to cover the health, performance and outcome optimization of agent.
This allows users to follow and analyze any interaction that is carried out by an agent, prevent spot and problems before they happen, and offer natural language support for generating topics, instructions and case studies.
It offers real-time contextual information with regard to the tasks of the specific agent and can also offer AI-driven recommendations for tweaks and operations to agents, which hopefully will become even more effective.
Elsewhere, Agentforce 3 contains built-in support for the model context protocol, which offers much greater support for plug-and-play compatibility with a wide range of other agents and services without the need for adapted code.
Customers can connect to numerous tools and sources from third parties, including Amazon Webservices, PayPal, Box, Cisco Systems, Google Cloud, IBM, Notion Labs, Stripe, Teradata and Writer.
“In recent months we have listened deep to our customers and continued our rapid pace of technological innovation,” Evans added.
“The result is Agentforce 3, a big leap forward for our platform that brings more intelligence, higher performance and more trust and accountability for every use of Agentforce. Agentforce 3 will again define how people and AI agents collaborate – breakthrough levels of productivity, efficiency and business transformation.”
