French giants Lyon are exiled to the Second Division.
The decision was made because of debts that their owners achieved the Eagle Football Group.
The company is established by the American businessman John Textor.
Last year’s accounts showed that the Eagle football group had debts of £ 422 million.
Lyon was hit in November with a provisional relegation to Ligue 2 if their finances do not improve.
But despite the fact that Textor sells the lady team of the club and its interest of 43 percent in Crystal Palace for £ 190 million, it is not governed as not.
Lyon can start an appeal after the decision of the DNGC, which supervises the bills of French football clubs.
