Apple says that the iCloud problems have been solved

Well, here is good news – Apple’s system status page is now completely green. After a malfunction of almost five hours that lasts from 2:36 pm to 7 p.m., Apple has now solved the ‘iCloud Web Apps (iCloud.com)’ and ‘iWork for iCloud’ disruptions.

In addition, the ‘iCloud Account & Sign in’, ‘iCloud -Agenda’, ‘iCloud Contacts’, ‘iCloud Mail’, ‘iCloud Storage Upgrades’ and ‘Photo’ problems are all solved.

Hopefully, if you encounter problems using one of these, you are now active again. A cancellation and signing back can work if you still see them.

Apple has not yet shared information about what the malfunction has caused, but if so, we will add it here.

On another update of the system status page, Apple now mentions ‘iCloud -Agenda’ and ‘iCloud contacts’ and they also have problems since 2:36 pm. These seem to be part of the wider malfunction that influences iCloud.

Here is the full list of services stated with problems or malfunctions that are still underway:

  • iCloud – Account & Registration – Edition
  • iCloud -Calendar – Problem
  • iCloud -contacts – Problem
  • iCloud Mail – Problem
  • iCloud Storage Upgrade – Problem
  • iCloud Web Apps (iCloud.com) – outages
  • iWork for iCloud – failure
  • Photos – Problem

Apple says that the Find My Probage has now been resolved

From a recent update of the Apple System Status page, the Find My Probage is now marked as resolved. Apple notes that some users from 2.40 to 5:30 pm ‘have experienced a problem with this service’. That could have been in the form of locations that are not updated or the app with the text “I don’t find my available.”

With Find My resolved, here is a look at the other services that experience problems or malfunctions. I can still access iCloud.com on my side, so it can still recover.

  • iCloud – Account & Registration – Edition
  • iCloud Mail – Problem
  • iCloud Storage Upgrade – Problem
  • iCloud Web Apps (iCloud.com) – outages
  • iWork for iCloud – failure
  • Photos – Problem

Although Apple’s status page has not been updated with new statuses, iCloud.com loads for me again after a few minutes. Although my account photo is missing, I see the normal old slate of apps and I saw an e -mail notifications sliding through the top.

It seems that one of the most important services of Apple may recover, and the Down detector also shows a decrease in reported malfunctions. The iCloud page on that site is currently on 380 reported malfunctions from 17:04 et.

I still can’t have iCloud.com fully loaded, but on my iPhone I just had a pop-up for Apple account verification for my account. I went into institutions, but then had that mistake when I tried to complete the request.

My colleague Lance Ulanoff’s Apple account -page in Settings presents a Splash screen ‘Verification failed’ on his iPhone.

iCloud.com is still loading, but it remains to display the same ‘connection error’ pop-up on my side. And here is a look at the current list of affected problems on the Apple status page.

From now on it spreads no further than iCloud, so there are no impact on the App Store or Apple Music.

  • Find my problem
  • iCloud – Account & Registration – Edition
  • iCloud Mail – Problem
  • iCloud Storage Upgrade – Problem
  • iCloud Web Apps (iCloud.com) – outages
  • iWork for iCloud – failure
  • Photos – Problem

The only non-icloud problem or malfunction is with ‘Apple Business Essentials’-that is currently mentioned as one problem, one solved malfunction and one solved problem.

Find mine is also problems

Apple has updated its status page to note that ‘Find My’ and ‘iCloud Account & Sign is experiencing both problems. The last, with regard to account and registration, have the same starting time as the other problems and malfunction, but ‘find my’ shows a starting time of 3:57 pm et.

I think my seems to work on my Mac, while the continued locations runs through. One of my friends, however, has just sent me a screenshot with “I don’t find my available.”

I have just checked the photos of the photos on my iPhone and on my Mac, and neither of them has been synchronized for both in more than an hour. The iPhone shows it for the last time synchronized at 2:03 pm, while my Mac was a little later at 2:11 pm, and I cannot force synchronization for both.

I make a backup of my photos to iCloud, so I am in the affected group, it seems for the time being.

Here are the affected parts of iCloud

Apple’s service Status Is quite handy during malfunctions, so here is a look at the currently affected parts of iCloud.

  • iCloud Mail – Problem
  • iCloud Storage Upgrade – Problem
  • iCloud Web Apps (iCloud.com) – outages
  • iWork for iCloud – failure
  • Photos – Problem

Photos also have problems

Although ‘photos’ is only mentioned as a problem with Apple and notices that a user has problems with the service, TechRadar’s editor-in-sized Lance Ulanoff tells me that when viewing photos in the photos of the photos on his iPhone, images were laid out at lower resolution that may indicate problems of the shots of icloud.

However, this is solved for him and is now being loaded into full resolution. Trying to view photos on iCloud.com does not work at all, because I still see a connection error there.

And Apple in any case instructs its services to inform you when something is wrong. I now see a ‘connecting error’ screen appearing, where I am fooled that something is wrong.

I have also heard of colleagues and at least one friend that they see the same pop-up before they sign up or try to return to an active session on iCloud.com.

While I could register at iCloud.com only a few minutes ago, when I charge it now, nothing else appears than the logo in the top left.
