A teenager burglar who stabbed a doctor deadly after being burgled in his house twice was found guilty of his murder.

The 17-year-old boy, who cannot be called for legal reasons, was convicted of killing GP Ash Gordon by a Victorian Supreme Court Jury on Wednesday.

He had admitted two counts of worsened burglary after he in the Doncaster house of Dr. Gordon was broken into while he and his roommate slept in the early hours of January 13, 2024.

The boy showed no emotion that was in the dock when the jury forecerson gave the verdict while the family of his victim broke out in tears.

The teenager and another boy had been the night before the murder of a house party when they were Dr. Gordons Mercedes-Benz noticed in his garage and had talked about taking the car, said justice Kristie Churchill.

Just after 4 hours the accused and another teenager walked to the house before they broke through a partially opened garage door where they stable shoes, headphones, laptops, a portfolios and silver chains of the victim.

Returning to their friend’s house, the boys stole about things they have stolen ‘and they were planning to return for the car.

Four teenagers who put on gloves, Balaclavas, face masks and hats broke in a second time, but they did not go unnoticed, where the doctor took them in his house before having chased the teenagers on the street.

Dr. Gordon got into his car and started chasing three teenagers until they ended up in a nearby carport.

While the 33-year-old got out and tried to control the then 16-year-old and tell him that the “police officers were on the road,” the boy revealed a knife and brought 11 sharp injuries, the doctor stabbed six times and let the victim die on the floor.

The other two boys, who had previously jumped a fence, returned after the accused shouted for help before someone Dr. Gordon kicked so powerfully in the face that his eyes rolled in the back of his head.

The boys fled and burned their clothes before they met the day after each other when they discussed the country and not to snatch. The accused was arrested three days after the stabbing.

Defense lawyer Amelia Beech told the jury that the teenager admitted that he had stabbed Dr. Gordon who caused his death, but denied killing to kill or cause serious injury, with the argument that he acted in self-defense.

The teenager gave proof during his process and said he thought Dr. Gordon tried to kill him with his car, and continued to go to him in the carport, even when he pulled out the knife and said, “I don’t want to do this”.

“It didn’t seem to be too fazeen at all,” the boy told the jury.

The jury of 12 lasted two days to come in his opinion.
