‘I was not signed by these agencies because of my tennis, it was for my look.

“Modeling and tennis are strange similar: you are a lot of an object and people sometimes forget that you are also a person.”

Although injuries have hindered her path to the top of the tennis ladder, after she had spent five years on the sidelines, she was able to announce herself to the Wimbledon -believers in style with victory over Sabalenka.
