One-off F1 star Daniel Ricciardo is fond of retirement – and the popular Aussie is wearing a wild new look that is far away from his appearance when he was still racing.

Ricciardo, 36, was seen on Wimbledon On day two of action with a bushy beard – and recently confirmed that he has no plans to return to the grid.

“I just enjoy life in the slow job,” said Ricciardo in London.

“I mean, it sounds strange and says that I am retired when I am 35 years old, but pension from at least the world in which I lived ….. so it’s cool.”

Ricciardo celebrated his 36th birthday on Tuesday with a day out in the All England Club next to his parents Grace and Joe.

“I have to acknowledge that it was clearly a bit of a racing-per-race situation,” said Ricciardo at the time.

His highlights of his career are winning seven races with Red Bull and finished third in the championship in 2014 and 2016.

The aggressive driving style of Ricciardo and the late inhibitory maneuvers gave him a reputation for spectacular inhalations, especially during his memorable victories in Canada, Hungary and Belgium.

He came to McLaren in 2021 and achieved a remarkable victory at the Italian Grand Prix, who since 2012 was the first victory of the Auto Racing Team.
