Anthony Albanese has taken to Peter Dutton because of his comments on Australia Day and told the opposition leader that he 'just has to relax'.
The prime minister was asked during the National Press Club speech on Friday if he supports the calls to boycott pubs and companies that are not behind the national holiday on January 26.
“I sometimes think that Peter Dutton has a fight every year with an imaginary friend about something that most Australians are doing,” says Alabense.
'One of the things that Australia Day is celebrating is the fact that we are not a command system in Soviet style.
'You know, just relax! Continue life. The debates about which company has the strings! Last year Woolworths, the largest employer in Australia, became Geboycot.
“Did I support that? No, I didn't support that. I support Australia Day. “
Mr. Albanese said he would participate in events in Canberra on Sunday.
“I hope Peter Dutton participates with me in a dual support for our national holiday in our national capital,” he added.
There will be more.
