Marjorie Taylor Greene has had enough of the liberal media as she comes to power in this second term of Donald Trump. She posted a video attacking a reporter for asking a “stupid question.”
Greene, one of the president's closest allies in Congress and now chairman of the House of Representatives DOGE subcommittee, posted an interaction with Punchbowl News reporter Melanie Zanona.
Zanona asked her what she thought about Lauren Boebert's plan to give tours of the Capitol to those pardoned for their role in the Jan. 6 riot.
'I'm not doing this. This crazy place here and your obsession with January 6 is absurd,” Greene said.
She wondered if anyone would ask whether Joe Biden would pardon family members and close allies just before President Trump was sworn in on Monday.
“Everyone out here is fed up and fucking fed up. I mean it. Everyone here has their panties in a wad.”
Of the rioters, she added: “Many of them walked through open doors. That's all.'
Greene added that Biden had pardoned “murderers, rapists and disgusting people.”

Zanona pushed back, saying she was just asking about the possibility of tours for those pardoned and how passionate Greene was about justice for them.
“They have been pardoned and thank God I hope they get to live their lives and put something together again. They have suffered enough,” she said.
She continued, “I watched all the Democrat-run networks ad nauseam around January 6th. And they just can't get over it. But they don't care about real Americans!'
When Zanona pushed back, Greene seemed to become even more upset: “I'm so tired of you people and this nonsense. I really am.'
The congresswoman then addressed the media's treatment of her in general, saying that they never gave her a chance and that their treatment of her is the reason the public is skeptical of them.
“Why don't you make a story about what people care about? People care about the border, the economy, energy. They are tired of foreign wars. They are tired of the hypocrisy here, and they hate the media right now,” she fumed.

“Your assumptions are ignorant and you are absolutely disconnected and clueless about what is important in life and to Americans. You've destroyed your credibility. With social media like X you can no longer lie about me.'
'I'm not doing this. This crazy place here and your obsession with January 6 is absurd,” Greene said.

He also directed the attorney general to request dismissal of approximately 450 pending criminal cases against Jan. 6 suspects.
The pardon fulfills Trump's promise to release supporters who tried to help him reverse his election defeat four years ago.
“These are the hostages,” he said as he signed the papers in the Oval Office.
More than 1,500 people have been charged with federal crimes stemming from the historic protest that saw hordes of MAGA fans take over Capitol Hill.
More than 1,000 defendants have been charged or found guilty of a range of crimes, from trespassing to seditious conspiracy.
Many Americans witnessed the event live on television, where they saw violence against authorities, vandalism against the historic Capitol, and other general anarchy on their screens.
Republicans hope to further assess the events of January 6, 2021 now that Trump has come to power.
