Sofia was questioned in an interview with Glamour about how she still looks great in middle age.

She shared that hair care is important to her and Shu Uemura shampoos are a necessity.

“I love Shu Uemura shampoos,” she said. “They’ve changed my hair. I have to do a lot to it while I’m working.
