Colombia is already talking to Donald Trump after threatening steep economic and diplomatic sanctions when they refused to accept flights from migrants deported from the US

Only two hours after President Trump posted online about his intention to impose a rate of 25 percent on Colombian import and an immediate withdrawal of the visa for government officials, the nation pushed.

Colombian President Gustavo Petro prevented two American military aircraft full of their citizens to land in the country on Sunday in the midst of a massive deportation effort of those who have entered illegally.

Moreover, some countries have complained that their citizens of the deportation flights have been handled in handcuffs and say that the American troops are not treating their citizens properly.

Even two hours after Trump announced his retaliation against Colombia, Petro released a letter with his presidential plane to facilitate 'the worthy return of the countrymen who would arrive in the country this morning from deportation flights'.

“This measure responds to the government's dedication to guarantee decent conditions,” the letter adds.

It is not clear whether the president of Colombia will allow future expansion flights to come in or whether this is a one -off offer.

Colombian President Gustavo Petro withdrew after President Donald Trump threatened rates and diplomatic sanctions on Sunday when he refused to allow two American military flights full of illegal migrants to touken in Colombia in Colombia on Sunday

But it is a big back after Trump has used the sanctions for the refusal of Colombia to work together as a warning for other central and South American countries that can refuse to meet his plan to send back flights of migrants to their country of origin.

Trump announced on his truth to social account that he imposes a rate of 25 percent on all goods from Colombia – and the punishment will rise to 50 percent in one week.

“I dedicated my administration to immediately take the next urgent and decisive retaliation measures,” Trump wrote on Sunday afternoon.

State Secretary Marco Rubio published a statement about the back and forth and claimed that Petro had previously authorized the deportation flights and subsequently canceled it as soon as the planes were already on the road.

“President Trump has made it clear that America will no longer be lied to under his administration,” he said.

“It is the responsibility of every nation to be presented in a serious and fast way in the United States in the United States illegal in the United States.”

“Colombian President Petro had authorized flights and granted all the necessary authorizations and then canceled his authorization when the planes were in the air,” Rubio added. “As demonstrated by today's actions, we are not repellent in our dedication to put an end to illegal immigration and to strengthen America border security.”

Trump announced the rates, as well as his imposition of 'a travel ban and immediate visa rocations for Colombian government officials, and all allies and supporters on social media.

All party members, family members and supporters of the Colombian government 'will also be confronted with visa sanctions, according to the announcement of the social media of Trump.

It is unclear what actions behind the scenes have been taken to get the sanctions going before Petro ran back to his actions.

“These measures are just the beginning,” the president warned. “We will not allow the Colombian government to violate its legal obligations with regard to the acceptance and return of the criminals they forced in the United States!”

Trump came across early roadblocks this week with his plans for massive deportation of illegal immigrants when Mexico and Colombia both refused to land flights in their country.

There were 80 migrants on board each of the two flights on their way to South America when the exemptions of the plane were drawn to land in Colombia.

Now the Trump government is working on a deal with El Salvador to accept migrants from third parties countries, who would block them to seek asylum in the US

Mexican authorities also blocked the American plane to deport illegal immigrants to their country this week.

It is not clear why the Mexican authorities blocked the flight – especially after the sea -fighting forces of the country had set up a temporary shelter to accept those who have illegally crossed their northern border to the US

The release of migrants abroad requires permission from the government of the incoming nation.

Trump signed around 10 executive orders with regard to illegal immigration and the migrant limit crisis in his first week back in the Oval Office.

But a plane full of migrants did not leave the US after Mexico said it was not allowed to land on their ground.

The flight was one of the three that would start on Thursday.

The other two were on their way to Guatemala with more than 150 people – and successfully completed their missions when the government allowed the plane to land with deported migrants.

Civil servants from the Ministry of Defense confirmed last week that their armed forces are planning to fly 5,400 migrants who are currently in detention from the US on deportation missions.

The air crews and maintenance teams involved in the missions are a supplement to the 1500 active soldiers and marines who were deployed to the border last week.

Four C-17 and C-130 military planes were moved this week to El Paso, Texas and San Diego, California, a task and goal told an officer to prepare for the deportation flights.

In his first moments ago as president, Trump explained a national emergency situation on the southern border.

Trump is planning to send 10,000 active troops to the border while instructed the Ministry of Defense to 'take full operational control' to tackle the national security crisis.
