An 18-year-old man killed his mother with a claw hammer while her horrible husband looked through the family's ring doorbell.
Frederico Canuzo, from Warrington, appeared today at the Liverpool Crown Court and admitted that he caused the death of his mother, 48-year-old Chintzia Mcintyre.
Mrs. Mcintyre's husband worked away in another part of the country when he received a ringbel report.
To his horror, when he opened it, he witnessed his son, then 17, Mrs. Mcintyre attacks before he fled for the stage.
The Cheshire police were called to the house in Great Sankey around 9.40 am on August 29, 2023.
Emergency services rushed to the scene, but despite their efforts, Mrs. Mcintyre was unfortunately declared dead.
It was determined that she had suffered at least 29 strokes with a claw hammer.
Today, Canuzo has set a guilty plea for the manslaughter on the basis of reduced responsibility.

Officers who investigated in the aftermath of the attack discovered that Canuzo was on their way to London Euston in a train.
The British transport police and the metropolitan police were informed and arrested him when he arrived on the Platform in London.
Canuzo was accused of murder on 30 August and today argued guilty of manslaughter, which was accepted by the prosecution on the basis of medical evidence.
Public Prosecutor Gordon Cole said: 'The crown has now had the advantage of a report from a doctor and a formal defense report on Friday.
“The position is: we intend to accept the new plea of ​​guilty of the partial defense of reduced responsibility.”
He was taken into custody and will be sentenced on Tuesday, March 18 at Liverpool Crown Court.
Detective inspector Eli Atkinson, who led the investigation, said: “This was an exceptional traumatic incident for all involved, especially the family and neighbors of Chintzia and emergency services trying to help her.
'Although nothing can never be done to bring back Chintzia, I hope that the conclusion of this case will bring her family some closure.
“Our thoughts are currently staying with Chintzia's friends and family and we want to thank them for their help during our research.”
