Reddit user Spirals73 shared the skin care tip in a post.

She explained that she normally doesn’t have any problems with the skin under her eyes, but that she does occasionally see discoloration.

“I don’t have dark circles, but it can get purple underneath,” she said.

“I have fair skin that is thinning under my eyes; blood is coming out.

“My biggest concern is sagging skin. The purple doesn’t really bother me, but it’s nice to have it gone.

“I think it’s worth trying this roller; it’s not overly expensive. Do we need to mention our age? I’m 50.”

When she happened upon the Dollar Tree find, she noticed a visible difference.

“I bought a roller that I found at Dollar Tree [to help] “By making it a little bit firmer,” she said.

“It reduces the purple color. It contains niacinamide, vitamin C, green tea, peptides, vitamin K, plankton extract, vitamin A, [and] more ingredients than I can name.”

The 50-year-old skin care fanatic explained that while the product is difficult to find at Dollar Tree, she was able to find it on Amazon for a different price.

I’m a doctor and there’s one anti-aging ingredient that I think is vastly underrated – and I follow my skin care rule of thumb

“The name is Skin Nutrition Botanicals and it’s an anti-red eye roller called Age Defy.”

The $9 Skin Nutritions Age Defy Dark Circles & Puffiness Serum roller has received five-star reviews from fellow skincare enthusiasts.

“This works for me. No lines, no bags. I’ve used Ponds under-eye serum and L’Oréal, and I didn’t see any change in the dark shadows under my eyes,” she said.

After finding the serum at Dollar Tree, she explained that she took a risk with the serum.

“After the first tube I already saw a difference; I saw my eyes as they were supposed to be,” she said.

“I went back and haven’t seen this product since. Out of curiosity I tried it on Amazon, and this seller had it.

“Because it works. I bought it here when I was still playing Treasure Hunt locally. We’re in the middle of inflation, but this works for me.”

Another customer agreed that it is a convenient and effective treatment for the skin under the eyes.

“This product wakes up your eyes,” she said.

“What I like most is that it feels really cool when you roll it under your eyes, like it’s been in the fridge.”
