My AI tool ensures that you use the best skin care to combat aging
A doctor to the stars has revealed the essential skincare products to use daily to combat the visible signs of ageing.
According to Dr. Simon Ourian, consistency is key when using beauty products instead of cosmetic injections for a youthful appearance.
Doctor Ourian is a Beverly Hills cosmetic dermatologist who has treated celebrities including Megan Fox, Lady Gaga, and the Kardashian-Jenner family.
In an interview with The US Sun, he shared essential tips to prevent premature aging.

Dr. Ourian said skincare routines should be simple and recommended using his AI service to identify the best products for individual concerns.

However, there is a selection of basic products in its Daily Essentials range that you can use before opting for a personalised selection of products.

“A balancing toner prepares the skin for other skin care products and creates a great canvas to reduce enlarged pores or excess oil.

Dr. Ourian said a broad-spectrum SPF 50 product is a “non-negotiable” part of his morning skincare routine.
“You can also add a nourishing serum to your evening routine and address concerns like fine lines, dark circles and puffiness with an eye cream,” he said.
He keeps his complexion radiant and healthy with Simon Ourian MD Brightening Booster, which contains vitamin C.
The active ingredient helps protect against free radicals and dullness.
SKIN PERFECTORS
Anti-aging products such as peptides and antioxidants must be used consistently to achieve the best results.
Dr. Ourian said that cleansing, toning and moisturizing should be repeated twice a day.

Also, the skin can look more youthful without the need for cosmetic injections, thanks to smart habits.
“Drink plenty of water and use hydrating skin care products to keep your skin firm,” he said.
“And I always recommend using sunscreen daily to prevent UV damage, which prematurely ages the skin.
“Make sure you get enough restorative sleep to repair and regenerate your skin, drink 8-10 glasses of water and I can’t stress enough that you need to wear SPF daily.”
Dr. Ourian previously told The US Sun that exercise and sleep can play an important role in skin health.
He said that seven to nine hours of good sleep a night can reduce the appearance of dark circles, puffiness and dull skin.
At the same time, exercising at least twice a week promotes healthy blood circulation and reduces stress.
He said a few brisk walks are also vital for physical and mental health.
