Gypsy TV star Danny Cooper has launched a lawsuit with his own daughter about claims that she falsified his signature to steal his house.
Mr. Cooper, who played here in Channel 5 documentary, comes here the Gypsies, claims that his daughter Tracy Tracy has forged documents to transfer the property of the real estate secretly.
He says that Tracy then kicked him out of his house.
However, Mr Cooper still receives electricity accounts for his £ 2 million house.
After losing the house in 2023, Mr Cooper launched a legal case to win back his daughter's house.
The retired market gardener and strawberry farmer led the largest horse drive of British horse drive in the New Forest every year.
In the court that was seen by the sun, Mr. Cooper accused his daughter to take advantage of his inability to read or write and signed the papers to convey the house to her name.
They add: 'Mrs. Cooper has forged his signatures on the deed without his knowledge and/or permission to bring about the transfer of the entire property without consideration to themselves.

Every year, Mr Cooper ran the largest horse drive of the British Horse Drive in the New Forest
“She knew that Mr. Cooper had not signed the deed and had no knowledge that he did not want to transfer her the property in full or completely and/or had not instructed or authorized the aforementioned transfer.”
The TV star suffered from cancer and depression when he was kicked out of his house by his daughter.
The court documents say that after his diagnosis of cancer, Mr Cooper had difficulty thinking or getting out of bed, as a result of his heavy medication.
They add that this made him vulnerable to exploitation.
Tracy Cooper then told solicitors that her father had given the house to her. Mr. Cooper was not aware of the permission he had given, the documents say.
Mr. Cooper wants to return the building, corrected the deed and turned his daughter out of the house.
