The police are looking for a woman for charges for children, after she and a young person fell out of a moving car outside a gas station.
Raychel Hardingham was seriously injured in the fall of a blue Volvo on the A1067 Fakenham Road, opposite the Shell petrol station in Taverham, Norfolk in April 2023.
The child escaped with minor injuries and Hardingham was accused of attacking, mistreatment, neglecting and leaving a child to cause unnecessary suffering or injury.
But she did not appear before the court of Norwich Magistrates and since then an order has been issued for her arrest.
A spokesperson for Norfolk Constabulary said that Hardingham was 'still excellent' and was 'still wanted'.
The 29-year-old was taken to the hospital of Addenbrooke in Cambridge with life-changing injuries after the crash at 9.54 pm on April 21, 2023.
The child was released a few days after the incident from Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, and Hardingham van Briston in Norfolk was sued in June last year.
After the incident, people who live in Taverham spoke about their shock about what had happened, including Caroline Karimi-Ghovanlou, chairman of Taverham Parish Council.
