Microsoft 365 contains a series of applications, including Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Purview, Copilot and Outlook Web and Desktop.
Down detector shows 57 percent of the reported problems of users who have cited the website, 27 percent for Outlook and 16 percent issued reports for login.
The malfunction seems to be widespread in the US and hits New York City and Boston on the east coast, along with Seattle and Los Angeles on the west coast.
Microsoft 365 status has recognized the fault on X and informed users that they are investigating the problem.
The platform experienced a similar malfunction last month, which also achieved 365 services such as Outlook and teams.
