I used to suffer from wrinkled arms, but that’s a thing of the past – my 4-step routine has transformed my skin
A SKINCARE fan has revealed the easy-to-follow routine that improved her wrinkled arms.
She swore by the four-step plan that transformed her skin.
Reddit user Glass Maven shared the anti-aging tips for the body in a post.
“I used to have wrinkles on my arms, but that’s gone now,” she said.
After following a simple routine, the lines on her arms disappeared.
She explained that gentle exfoliation with a cloth or scrub is the first step in keeping lines under control.
She then uses a “light acid,” such as alpha hydroxy acid (AHA), to promote new skin production.
It is also important to keep her arms as hydrated as possible.
“Hydrate your skin as much as possible, and also use sunscreen with an SPF of 50+,” she said.
Exfoliating, a light acid, moisturizing and sunscreen helped her arms look better.

She said she swears by Ren’s $35 AHA Smart Renewal Body Serum and cream lotions from Rovectin and La Roche-Posay.
While the hefty price tag may be hard to swallow for some, The Ordinary also sells an AHA for $9.50.
The Redditor added that she’s interested in trying out Krave Beauty’s newest body cream after having positive experiences with the brand.
“There’s a new body cream from Krave Beauty that I’d love to try because all of their products are beautiful,” she said.
For those who suffer from loose skin on their arms, she explained that there’s no point in worrying about things you can’t control.
“There’s not much you can do about sagging skin,” she said.

“Weightlifting helps a little, but if it’s severe, surgery or self-acceptance are the two options.”
However, she added that building muscle made her skin tighter.
“Weightlifting did wonders for me and my arms, and it also gave me bone mass, so I called it quits,” she said.
Others agreed that weight gain could be a solution to wrinkled arms.
“This happened to me recently. I’m now about 20 pounds lighter than my average weight in my entire life,” one commenter said.
“My upper arms look horrible when I move them a certain way. I used to love tank tops and halter top sundresses, but I would absolutely not feel comfortable wearing them now.”
“Yes. I had a consultation with a plastic surgeon and he told me that my most affordable option is to gain 20 pounds and that I would probably be happy with that for another seven to 10 years,” said another.
“He said that thin people show their age sooner because there is not enough fat that makes your body look fuller.”
