A 46-year-old father of two who was found guilty of 97 counts of sexual violence after he had filmed himself with raping nine women and three teenagers is imprisoned for 28 years.
Adam Charles Lusk was convicted of 85 counts of sexual penetration without permission and 12 counts of bewilderment to commit a charges in Perth in the Perth district court in Perth last year.
He was a stone face in court when Judge Alan Troy of the court challenged his sentence on Friday and told him that he had stolen something 'precious and irreplaceable' of his victims.
“To commit someone with astonishing substances and actions for which they did not agree, it goes beyond the norm,” said Judge Toy, the ABC reported.
'There is no doubt in any case that you stable something irreplaceable from all your victims.
“It is obvious to me if (the police) had not arrested you … You would continue to insult this way.”
Right Toy added: “It was really predatory – you showed no grace.”
By considering his sentence, Judge Toy noticed that Lusk's 'lack of empathy is really remarkable' and that the former soldier 'very likely' thought he had not done wrong.

The court heard that the FIFO -civil engineer met his victims through social interactions or online using Sugar Daddy Meet, Tinder and Snapchat for a period of almost two years between April 2020 and January 2022 ..
The court heard that the father would lure his victims to his Ascot house in the east of the city, where he would rape and film them drugs.
Three of his victims were teenagers, with the youngest only 16 years old when he first raped her.
A jury found Lusk guilty after a debiling period of five weeks where different videos that were too graphic to be shown to an open court.
He initially argued his innocence to 100 offenses and claimed that the women and teenagers had all agreed to sex and that some people pretended to be unconscious or semi-lucid.
More than 80 of his violations were recorded on video with the victims who had repeatedly heard 'no' and pushed him away. One begged him to 'show grace'.
Some of Lusk's worst offenses were committed against a 16-year-old girl he met at Sugar Daddy in 2020, the Western Australian reported.
On one occasion he assumed that he abused the teenager, who was only semi-conscious.

When she started pleading for him to stop, Lusk spoke her arm behind her back and told her she had to 'ssh'.
The other two minor victims were 17-year-old girls who were invited to Lusk's house to be 'share' after one of them met him through Snapchat.
They had started talking six months earlier, when the girl was 16.
Lusk recorded himself who raped one of the girls. He was also accused of raping a third 17-year-old girl on the same night, but was acquitted of the indictment.
Two accusations of drug women were also fired.
Lusk admitted that he had raped one of the women he filmed during the trial, while the jury was shown for 19 minutes images of her unconscious.
In a rare case, Judge Alan Troy dedicated the jury to find lusk guilty of raping the woman several times, but that she decided to decide whether the victim was drugged.
Lusk claimed that the woman had fainted because of a sex game, but the jury discovered that he drugged her.
Six women were completely unconscious in the videos and two lay people 'semi-disocied'.

The court heard that Lusk kept the videos that he found as 'remarkable'.
When asked whether the women had agreed to filmed, Lusk claimed that he believed it would be good because he was planning to share the images with them.
The videos were never shared with the women, with Lusk claiming that in various cases he 'never had the chance'.
A person who is known to Lusk submitted a video of one of the rapes to the police in May 2021.
But officers could not accuse Lusk because they could not identify the victim.
At that time, the knowledge had confronted Lusk with text.
In one message the person wrote: “She was roof that.”
Mr. Lusk replied: 'No, she was not. We had been F ** King all afternoon and she bombarded. '

After his arrest in January 2022, Lusk told the police that the woman played a 'role' a fantasy that they had discussed in advance.
However, he later testified that he filmed the video to 'tease' the woman because he was 'lazy' during sex.
Lusk was arrested after two women had reported their attacks to the police, allowing officers to grab his electronic devices.
The woman in the video that was submitted in 2021 was found and she testified that she had no memory of the night or had sex with Lusk.
She claimed that she got what she thought was a paracetamol after arrival at his house because of headaches.
