Just a few weeks after the famous chef Opel Khan first stated that he and his wife were still 'a lot together', the police have hired restricting orders to protect them against each other.
The interim kept violent orders arrive within a few days after a French woman in the center of Khan's split with Julie Miller and admits that she does not know if he is the father of her newborn child.
Khan already has to do with the collapse of his restaurant empire as debt collectors Circle and he is confronted with legal steps about accusations of wage theft of some of his staff.
He closed his restaurants in Sydney, including Metisse with French theme and pasta dinner acqua e farina in Potts Point, as well as his bistronomy dinner in Surry Hills.
Separate AVO requests Khan, 56, and Miller, 52, because people who need protection first came for the first time in Burwood Local Court for the first time on Thursday before Sydney's Burwood court.
Miller, who until recently used Khan as her last name, arrived with her right arm in a cast and stayed on the floor under the courtroom while her case was called above.
Khan waited a few hours in a coffee shop in the area and left the court on foot before the AVO police wanted to protect to protect Miller.
After her husband was gone, Miller sat down in the same cafe and started crying later when he was asked if she wanted to discuss what had happened between her and Khan.
“No comments,” Miller said, comforted by two supporters.

It is not suggested that the Khan born in Bangladesh caused the injury to Miller's right arm.
The alienated couple has given various versions of the state of their 28-year marriage since they were approached about rumors that their relationship was over earlier this month.
Bangladeshi-born Khan initially claimed that he and Miller were 'a lot together' in a video call that he did next to his wife to Daily Mail Australia.
But he admitted that their marriage was startled by claims from an affair after an anonymous woman had contacted Miller and claimed that she was his secret lover.
“A woman contacted my wife who claimed to be my mistress,” he said. 'I was on a dinner with five or six women and a photo was sent to my wife who insinuates things.
'Now people come up with all kinds of rumors that there is a baby on the way. This is nothing true. People in the Bengalian community are against me. '
It is not suggested that there is some truth in the claims against Khan.
Days later Miller told Daily Mail Australia: “We are not together and divorce.”
Miller, who wanted to set the record directly on her marriage, said she had heard accusations of unfaithfulness by her husband of a mysterious informant.

“I was contacted by someone I didn't know, but it wasn't a woman,” she said. “No woman has contacted me as far as I know.”
Khan then went back to his earlier claims that he and Miller were still a few.
“I never said we were together or living together,” he said this time.
Things were further complicated this week when Celia Huppe-Fournier, a retail assistant, became Khan's restaurant adviser, said she had had a daughter on December 19.
But the young first mother told Daily Mail Australia that she did not know who her child's father was.
“I'm not sure,” she said when he was asked if it was Khan. “I have no idea.”
Mrs. Huppe-Fournier described her current relationships with Khan as 'friendly' and said they were closed friends.
“I am friends with him, but just talk,” she said.

Mrs. Huppe-Fournier was adamant to navigated as a single mother.
“I don't want to get too involved with Opel,” she said.

Last May Khan replaced his chic Khanaa restaurant in Surry Hills with Bistronomy, a location that he brought on the market as affordable food for the difficult times.
But the doors are now closed the entire empire.
Khan also Schraapped plans to open a second bistronomy outside post in the fatal Potts Point location that previously housed the Gastro Park and Antipodeic Restaurants.
“A friend with many locations says that you just can't earn money at the moment,” he said, announced the closures.
“I'm going to take a small break, but I live and eat and eat wine, so don't calculate to do another restaurant.”
The Opel Group website, which previously showed the various Khan restaurants in the port city, is now simply bringing an error message.
The Fair Work Ombudsman has taken legal action against Khan and his company due to accusations of wage theft that affects some of his restaurant staff.
A cook is said to have not been paid directly for personal leave and did not receive payment-in-lieu-of-note or annual leave rights when his duties were adopted.

A drinks supervisor missed his paid annual leave rights, claims the Ombudsman, and Khan's company has not calculated and repaid the employees.
Khan has strongly denied those accusations and said that he has reimbursed both employees and provided vouchers for bank transfers. The case is currently still in court.
Daily Mail Australia has previously shown that Khan is also being pursued on other alleged excellent debts.
A current tenant at a former home of a residence where Khan and his family once lived, said that Vermeede Unpaid accounts had filled his mailbox since he had moved to the building.
The tenant said that debt collectors had constantly come to his door in the last 10 months looking for Khan in the Beecroft House in the north of Sydney.
“Many different people and companies have come here looking for him – about half a dozen since February,” the tenant said.
“Many different people from different companies want to know where he is.”
Khan's social media accounts recently stopped the last message on his Instagram account – which has 3 million followers – which will be released in November.
It showed the chef in Brunch, along with images of a designer watch and Louis Vuitton boots.
An Instagram reel from 15 weeks ago shows Khan's hand on his Bentley steering wheel while wearing a thick Ruthenium Fendi bracelet of $ 1000.
The Avos of Khan and Miller are back for Burwood Local Court next month.
