President Donald Trump's government is preparing an executive order to dismantle the Education Department – while the president acknowledges that the president lacks the authority to completely kill the agency.

Now that the Ministry of Government efficiency of Elon Musk has concluded the Congress of the US Agency for International Development with the approval of Trump, its administration will take steps to defend the Federal Education department.
