3 dead, 4 injured in building collapse near Deoghar shrine | India News – Times of India
Three people were killed and four others, including two children, were injured when an old three-storey residential building collapsed near Baba Baidhyanathdham temple in Jharkhand Deogar around 5am on Sunday.
The injured are being treated, with three of them in critical condition, officials said.
Teams of NDRFlocal Police, Fire brigade among other things, there were quickly to rescue operation.
The deceased were identified as Manikant Dwari (53), Sunil Kumar (38) and his wife Soni Devi (30).
Godda BJP MP Nishikant Dubey announced that a compensation of Rs 100,000 would be provided to the families of the deceased.
