A British cyclist is confronted with ten years in prison because he assumed a 75-year-old man to death in Finland, claiming that he acted in self-defense after the pensioner tied him up and raped him.
The 32-year-old man admitted that he had beaten the male victim, 75 years old, with an ax in a flat in Seinajoki, West Finland, in July last year, reports the Finnish newspaper Ildalehti.
