Dusty Giles was on Tuesday on the cold concrete stairs of a jurisdiction in Los Angeles, exhausted after a painful journey that started when her daughter was killed by a callige Hollywood producer.
The 53-year-old from Alabama went on a cigarette and competed with the abrasive hum of city traffic when she told DailyMail.com about her fight for justice.
Just a few minutes earlier, David Pearce was found guilty of killing Christy Giles and her friend Hilda Marcela Cabrales-Arzola.
“I really believe he is a monster. He is a predator, “said Giles.
Pearce, 43, was sensational for two counts of murder and several counts of rape and sexual attack on Seven Jane, after driving the women with drugs in his house in Beverly Hills after he met a rave.
“I am very grateful to the jury and the persecution and all Jane puts it forward and testified against David Pearce,” Giles added.
“I am relieved that he was unanimously found guilty of accusations all the way along the line.
'I hope the man will never see the daylight again.

Christy Giles, 24, and Hilda Marcela Cabrales Arzola, 26, died in November 2021 after he was dumped in separate hospitals by masked men.

The same jury was divided on accusation against Pearce's roommate, actor Brandt Osborn, 43, to be an accessory behind the fact and so judge Eleanor Hunter declared a mistrial. Officers of Justice will decide whether Osborn will try again.
Dusty's message to Pearce was: 'You are not a master, you are not God – you are not able to pull everyone's strings into your lies. I have seen you through you from the start.
“I said it from the start and will say it until the day I die – you are a very unconditional man who has to lie and create different personas to have the feeling that you have status, despite the fact that you are fake.
'You have held a scams to get your money because you are too weak to work for a day.
'You couldn't make it as an actor and you were involved in porn. It was known before you killed my daughter that you drugged and raped women. '

Cilliers tells DailyMail.com that he has brought Christy's as to different countries and some of her favorite places.
“Christy and I had planned a safari in early 2022 and that was through a number of different countries in Africa, so I took her for the ride.”
He said he spread some of her ashes in South Africa, Tanzania, Kenya, Costa Rica, Mexico and Portugal.
And what is Cilliers planning to do then while he still processes his grief?
“I'm going out of La and get some fresh air,” he said.
Conviction for Pearce will be held on March 13.
