She described him as 'very manipulative' and said that he had played 'emotional games' with his victims and 'their naivety and vulnerable for your own sexual goals'.
The judge said that Hamer's version of events was 'particularly callig' and accused a victim of 'prostituting himself' and another of the 'brain' of what happened.
She added: “You have developed a fully distorted view of children as sexual objects.”

Hamer blamed his crimes, who spanned in 2010 to 2023, on his immigration and said that he was “able to behave like a teenager” and “perhaps did some things out of loneliness.”

Two told how they lost their virginity because of his sexual abuse, while another teenage sacrifice said she had tried suicide several times because of the trauma that they suffered.
A victim said that the abuse had 'deeply struck her life' after Hammer had convinced her that they had a 'serious loving relationship' until he raped her boyfriend while she was locked up in his bathroom.
“I was a virgin when I met him,” she added.
“I will never forgive that he was the first to take this intimate part of me.”
Another victim said that Hamer had taken her 'innocence' and had made her 'dirty and used' and had prevented her fear from leaving her house.
A third victim told tears how she had struggled with alcohol abuse, fear and depression because of the 'trauma' he had caused
“It has completely confused my entire life,” she said.
“I feel that I have lost so many of my young years to trauma.”
She said she had taken countless overdoses because she “couldn't deal with” and had also used to self -harm.
“I felt that I wouldn't live much longer if I didn't talk to someone about it,” she added.
The youngest victim of Hamer said tears and said: 'For years I was ashamed of looking at myself in the mirror, because I only saw the girl where the man is said to be.
“He will never earn my forgiveness for what he did to me. He doesn't deserve it. But I will no longer have him in the grip on my life as he once did.
“I can now continue to succeed in life, knowing that I finally have the righteousness that I and the other girls whose life he has influenced.”
Another looked at hammer in the dock and told him: “You are no longer the gold medal winner that you thought was.”
Richard English, defensive, said Hamer, who has no previous beliefs, “understood the damage” he had caused both his victims and their families and friends and regretted it.
He suggested that Hamer had led a 'demanding life that led to social isolation' and he might have wanted to make 'social connections'.
“Mr Hamer knows that the way he acted was wrong and shameful and so far he has tried to tackle that,” added Mr. English.
The jury heard how he used Instagram, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp to contact his victims.
He made someone over to see him as her 'boyfriend' and when they met, she asked her to bring her school uniform for 'sexual role play, later lure her to his house and rape her.
Hamer met a girl through Snapchat when he was 27 after he initially presented himself as a friend named 'Maddison' before he unveiled himself as an older man.
He demanded that she sent him naked images of herself and forced her to participate in indecent Facetime videos that carried her school uniform.
They met two years after their first interaction and he drove to her a remote place where they initially looked cartoons on the internet.
But Hamer has sexually abused and raped her and did this again when the 'scared' girl agreed to meet him again because he knew where she lived and feared that he would contact her friends.
He also sexually abused the girl's friend, who joined them on one car ride, and threatened to 'crash' his car on the highway, unless she had sex with him.
Hamer progressed through the Manchester Phoenix Youth System before making his debut for the club during the 2007-08 season.
He also played ice hockey in Spain and his career height came in 2011 when he represented Great -Britain at Roller Hockey with a team that won gold during a tournament in the Czech Republic.

Detective Constable Denise Garde said: “Philip Hamer is a sexual predator. Hamer would send unsolicited photos to his victims and also keep track of their movements.
'In his police interview, Hamer showed a denial of misconduct in his actions. He did not believe that he was a sexual predator and that his actions caused serious damage and need for his victims.
“He brought his victims to send him hundreds of photos and videos over a period of seven years. One victim was afraid that Hamer unveiled the photos to others or could come to their address.
'After we seized his devices, we later found voyeuristic videos and photos that had taken a hammer from people in changing rooms who did not know they were being filmed.
'It took a brave victim to come forward, to speak with our officers and describe their abuse. This opened the whole thing and resulted in gaining evidence that Hamer was a productive sex offender.
'Our dedication to protecting victims of sexual abuse is unwavering. Speaking about sexual abuse is incredibly difficult, but I ask those who believe they are going through something similar to us.
'Time is not a barrier when it comes to sexually abused – regardless of how long ago it was, or how old you were at the time, we will listen to you. We will support, investigate and act robust against perpetrators. We will take your allegations seriously and treat you with dignity and respect. '
