A Black Conservative Influencer will start a lawsuit against New York Magazine that claims its controversial cover story about young Pro-Trump people is racist.
CJ Pearson, a former employee of the Trump Campaign and Maga Media Personality, said he is planning to take legal steps on the cover story 'Cruel Kids' Table' of the magazine.
The front page function of writer Brock Colyar Bashed the rise of 'casually cruel trumpers', who, according to him, conquered 'Washington' as a new generation of rights.
After the cover story had gone viral, the magazine was confronted with a recoil because he apparently had written out black people from the main image, taken at the 'Power 30 Awards', a ticking event in honor of influencers who supported Donald Trump's re -election.
Pearson, who appeared hand in the cover, but his face and body were eliminated, said he has not yet tightened a lawsuit, but planning to do this about the 'despicable' cover story.
“They can't be racist. They don't get us in pressure. We have to fight back and hold their feet against the fire, “he told Fox News.
'I am fed up with the left -wing regular media a license to lie about conservatives and never be held responsible.
“If they want to defeat us as racist, they have to pay the costs when they do it.”

The magazine was confronted with recoil after it was revealed that the outlet took out several black attendees, of which Pearson claims that it was aimed at 'portraying this as a completely white exclusive affair'
Pearson acts as the national co-chairman of the Youth Advisory Council of the Republican National Committee, which has co-gastheer of the event on which the New York magazine was aimed.
He said that the party was intended as a celebration of young influencers who helped to secure a second term, with many experts who credited Trump's unorthodox dependence on social media and podcasts during traditional media during the elections.
But the event was confronted with unintended control instead because of the article in the New York magazine, he said.
“The party blew up because a reporter from the New York magazine … decided to basically tackle everyone in the room, in an attempt to show the event again as if it were a KKK Kumbaya Pizza party,” Pearson continued.
'This was a jubilant celebration in honor of the fact that we are back and that we finally have someone who is coherent, someone who really cares about the American people in the White House.
“I think the magazine in New York was very clear in the body of their play that they wanted, you know, describe this and display this as a completely white exclusive affair.”
Pearson said that far from how the event was depicted, the party was not only attended by 'many black men', but was even organized by them.
“The headline artist was a black man, Waka Flocka Flame, it will be no more black than that,” he added to Fox News.

The influencer said that the image of the magazine of the event was “absurd” and said he decided to put on a lawsuit because “if they want to tackle us as racist, they have to pay the costs when they do it”

Pearson said he was 'disgusting' when he discovered that he was cut from the cover image.
'I was even more disgusting when I realized that the other people who were cut out had a pretty striking parable with me. We were all people in color. And I think it was absolutely intentional, “he went on.
“They wanted us to look like KKK Lite, and that's why they excluded all the black people from the photo. That is why they have excluded all black people as a whole.
'That's why they excluded me from the story and did not do the fundamental journalistic duty to contact me for comment because they already had their story before they entered the door.
“They already had, you know, the lies they went to tell before they even sat down to write the article.”
Pearsons said that he is planning to move 'fairly quickly' when submitting a legal action against the New York magazine. The outlet did not immediately respond to a request for comment when contact was made by DailyMail.com.
Pearson previously called the cover story of the magazine on X and shared an image of himself with other black attendees

In an earlier statement about criticism of the cover, New York Magazine said: 'The most recent cover story of the magazine is investigating the new class of conservatives that conquer Washington Stormender, by the lens of the inaugural weekend.
“The cover is cut in the middle of a photo that has been published completely online, and we believe that both the cover and the story give an accurate impression of the weekend.”
