Nat Barr has confronted Anthony Albanian with the plan of US President Donald Trump to change a 'Riviera' in the middle of Gaza.
Trump announced controversial plans last night to take over Gaza and to possess as a solution for the long-running Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
The White House later ran back some comments from the president and said that Palestinians would be temporarily moved instead of permanently displaced and said that no decision had been made about sending American troops.
Albanian released on Thursday morning on Sunrise from Townsville, where he responded to the floods of the distant northern Queensland.
Barr asked him about Trump's announcement and asked if Australian troops could support an American operation in Gaza.
“The world is still responding to Donald Trump's plan to take over Gaza and turn the Riviera from the middle -east,” said Mrs. Barr.
'You said that you do not want to comment on US foreign policy, but let's take a look.
'Hamas is still a very serious presence in Gaza, they have the support of Hezbollah and Iran, the US says that we can put boots on the ground there.

“We are bound to the US, so we can be involved, can't we?” Mrs. Barr asked the prime minister

“We make our own decisions as a sovereign nation and let's not go for ourselves here,” said Mr. Albanese.
Barr then asked if Mr. Albanian Trump had called after the announcement.

Albanian replied: 'We have an important economic relationship, an important defense relationship, also through Aukus.
'We are concerned with matters that directly affect that relationship, and it is a constructive one. They are an important nation for us, and indeed, for the world. '
Albanian was also questioned about whether Trump's plans for Gaza would cause tensions here.
“One of the things that people don't want in Australia, our multicultural, harmonious country in which we have the great privilege of living in is that conflicts are brought here,” Albanian explained.
'So people of course have the right to express their opinion, and they will do that.
“People have different views on the middle, but that must be done peacefully and respectfully, and we should not bring a conflict here in a way that the unit that we have as a nation breaks apart.”
In the meantime, opposition leader Peter Dutton said that the billionaire, the subject of a popular memoir from 1987 from 1987: the art of the deal, was not president for the second time by being something different than smart. “
