A popular toy for pets almost killed a black labrador after it was recorded in the dog's stomach – and left the owner with no less than £ 2,000 veterinarian account.
Businessman Nigel Huxley, 55, from Cheshire, had bought his dogs Parker a Webbox Mega Vlezig Serrano Ham Bone as a treat.
But only two days later Parker started to 'excessive panting' and was 'extremely sad'.
Nigel rushed to the vets, who discovered that the bone was stuck in the stomach of Parker.
It was so firmly sandwiched that they thought they had to open his rib cage to remove it, “Nigel revealed.
Parker de Black Labrador was brought to the vets after he became 'extremely sad', Lethargic and 'exaggerated panting'.

He said that the bad design of the dog bone caused the 'absolutely terrible' test – so he wondered whether Parker would even survive.
Fortunately, the Labrador went through.
Nigel said, however, that he was afraid that it could happen again and was worried that the next owner may not have much luck.
Twee's father said that he would usually buy the product at a local pet store, but after they were taught, he chose to try another treat for Parker.

Mr. Huxley called on the Webbox Dog Treat to be recalled by large retailers
He bought the bone made by Webbox, whose website said it “made quality -controlled, ethical and conscious pet products that promote health and well -being.”
Nigel thought that the problem was caused as part of the bone was 'much larger than the actual little knuckle'.
Although he admitted that there was a disclaimer warned not to leave a pet alone with the treat, he said that this was 'impossible' for the most owner of pets.
Mr. Huxley has called on the dog treat to be recalled to protect other dogs against following the trial of Parker.
He said: “I want guarantees that these will not stay on the shelves. I think it's disgusting. '
