Some customers did not receive all their items and reported much more that those of them show up, damaged or broken.

Some people even said they received random items that were not even theirs.

Audrey is still waiting for more than half of her possessions to arrive – which, according to her irreplaceable items, are that she has collected over the years.

'I beg you, send these precious possessions back or at least tell me where they are, so that I can arrange to collect them.

Audrey asked for a response and after a while Chen finally wrote back and apologized for what had happened.

“I want to thank you for your patience, I know the headache has been before you and this took much longer than expected,” Chen replied.

“Unfortunately, the truck has abandoned me a few times in recent weeks and my apologies that it has uncomfortable.”

Chen offered to Audrey 50 percent of the money that she paid for the move and promised a new delivery date that eventually fell and she was again waiting for her things without an idea when it would arrive.

The man told her that he had been hired by Chen to deliver the items to Audrey and that he did not work for all things that Australia moves.

She promised that Audrey's assets would be delivered in February.

“It's not happy to know that it is not yet sorted,” said Chen.

Chen's truck with Audrey's possessions in it is now in a mechanic In Maryborough, near Hervey Bay, but is currently not registered for driving.

Audrey's granddaughter Siobhan said that what happened to her grandmother is unforgivable.
