Sony State of Play: Ghost of Yotei and everything announced for PS5 and PSVR 2
Sony only announced the event on Monday, but held a State of Play presentation on Tuesday filled with trailers, many of which were for games we hadn’t seen before. Among them, the Ghost of Tsushima sequel, Ghost of Yotei, was impressively revealed.
The flood of trailers included gameplay reveals from highly anticipated titles like Dragon Age: The Veilguard, Monster Hunter Wilds, Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered and the VR title Hitman: World of Assassination.
There were also trailers for a variety of updates to current games, including new free content for Astro Bot, the final DLC for TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge, and the second and final DLC for Alan Wake II.
Sony has added a number of other games that are enhanced by the upcoming PS5 Pro, including several that were recently revealed and will get improved graphics from the new console, such as Dragon’s Dogma 2, The Crew Motorfest, and Dragon Age: The Veilguard.
In between the new game trailers, new chrome console and DualSense controller covers for the PS5 were revealed, coming in three colors: teal, indigo, and pearl. They will be available for pre-order from October 3.
