US President Donald Trump says he has no plans to deport Prince Harry from the US in the midst of a legal struggle for his immigration status – thereby wipe a wipe to his wife Meghan Markle.
“I don't want to do that,” Trump said Friday.
“I leave him alone. He has plenty of problems with his wife. She is terrible. '
Harry's immigration status is the subject of a lawsuit in Washington DC. Conservative think tank The Heritage Foundation has claimed that he may have hidden illegal drug use that should have denied him an American visa.
In his memoirs, reserve, he described how he took cocaine several times as a teenager and experimented with cannabis and mushrooms.
Heritage mentioned his own admission in his submission against the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) while the Harry's visa records wanted to be released.
It has suggested that the predecessor of Trump, Democrat Joe Biden, had preferred Harry when he moved to California after 'Megxit' – when he and Meghan bowed out of royal tasks.
The think tank previously tried to find the disclosure of Harry's Visa Papers via American customs and border protection, which said it needed the permission of the Duke of Sussex to release them.

The US Department of Foreign Affairs says that convictions for drug offenses of visa applicants cannot be eligible.
Heritage had tried to obtain the information from the DHS through requests for freedom of information before the case was brought to court. Harry is not a party in the court case.
This week Judge Carl Nichols asked the DHS to provide details about editors that could make it in Harry's visa records in what has been interpreted as a strong suggestion that the documents can be made public to a certain extent.
Judge Nichols had previously ruled on September 9 that the secret files should remain private.
Harry's immigration status – whether he has a regular or diplomatic visa, or a green card that indicates a permanent place of residence – is unknown.
But sources close to the Duke have previously indicated that he was truthful when he completed his visa application.
Harry's memoir reserve contains descriptions of drug use, including a recognition of the Duke that cocaine has 'not done anything for me'.
The DHS said about last year's information request: “Just like health, financial or employment information, the immigration information of a person is private personal information.”

Nile Gardiner of the Heritage Foundation spoke outside the court earlier this week, said: 'We are insisting on the Trump government to release the records, and we have urged President Trump to release the records
“We hope that there will be full transparency with a new president.”
American visa applicants are asked by the DHS if they are or have been a drug user or addict? Whether they have ever violated a law with regard to regulated substances'.
If they answer 'yes', they can still receive an exemption. However, it has not been confirmed which type of visa the royal requested.
Last year, DailyMail.com revealed that Harry could stand on a rare diplomatic visa that is known as an A-1 head of the State Vision.
That would have meant that he was not examined by the American authorities for the use of drugs in the past. If this is the case, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs can withdraw the status under Trump.
In his interview with the New York Post, Trump added that he thought Harry's brother William, the Prince of Wales, as a 'great young man'.
The couple had gathered for a meeting from behind thouses closed after the reopening of the cathedral of Notre-Dame in Paris in December.
The president has said earlier that he is 'not a fan' of Meghan – while she has 'divided' and 'misogynistic'.
He also described the duke as 'beaten' by the former Suits star.
This is a developing story – more to follow.
