Heartbreaking moment: Bridesmaid drops bride and groom’s rings overboard during wedding ceremony on A-list yacht in Ibiza

A celebrity wedding in Spain almost descended into chaos after the bridesmaid accidentally dropped the bride and groom’s rings into the ocean.

Australian surfer Laura Enever and DJ Jake Smith tied the knot earlier this month in a star-studded ceremony in Ibiza in the presence of celebrity guests DJ Fisher and his wife Chloe and Australian model Ellidy Pullin.

Fisher and Chloe shared a video of the heartbreaking moment a bridesmaid dropped one of the rings overboard after the couple’s three-month-old daughter Bobbi ‘helped’ her mother carry the ring boxes to the wedding party.

Chloe and Bobbi were seen handing the rings to the bridesmaid, who slipped and screamed as the ring box briefly fell into the water.

Fortunately, the bridesmaids quickly managed to fish it out of the sea and reassured the worried couple that the wedding could still go ahead.

DJ Fisher and Chloe captioned the clip with some hilarious words: “NUP I can’t believe this happened HAHAHA.”

Many of their famous friends quickly took to the comments section to share their relief at the rings’ rescue.

“I was ready to go diving,” bride Laura joked, while celebrity trainer Michelle Bridges added: “I just audibly gasped!”
