Jordan, a brunette beauty from Britain, was stunned while shopping in her local Boots to see the chain selling mystery beauty boxes for just £5 each, with proceeds going to Macmillan Cancer Support.

Jordan managed to get her hands on three of the mystery boxes and took to social media to share her thoughts, leaving many open-mouthed about their affordability.

In a clip shared online, Jordan said: “So I went to Boots, and they were doing £5 beauty mystery boxes for charity, so I bought three, and I thought it would be fun to open this one.

“I’ve never seen Boots do anything like that before, so let’s hope it’s good.”

Jordan began opening her first mystery box, which contained a makeup bag, a Glowfix illuminating setting spray from Revolution, and a variety of samples, including items from Clarins, Lancome, a Viktor Rolf perfume, and a Revolution Super Dewy Liquid Blush.

In the next Mystery Box found Jordan’s same makeup bag, as well as a No7 Radiance Exfoliating Cleanser, a Clarins Foaming Cleanser, a Viktor Rolf perfume sample, a mascara, and samples of No7 and Clarins.

In the third and final box, the Boots shopper received the same make-up bag, as well as a variety of No7 items including an Overnight Gel Cream, a Radiance Exfoliating Cleanser and a Water Surge Gel cream.

She also received a sample from Estee Lauder and more samples from Clarins.

Happy with her purchases, Jordan added: “Nice, you know, little samples, little travel size things. And it went to a good cause.”

She later confirmed: “There were lots of them, all different weights – I chose one of each colour.”
