A young nurse who already owns three property at the age of 25 has returned to critics who have hit their success on the real estate market.

Keeley Starling led to a heated debate after she had uploaded a tick video in which it was detailed about how she and her husband Matt acquired their ownership empire in a relatively short time.

Although many Aussies were impressed by the property success of the Perth pair and want to learn more, others shot them over the multiple purchases.

“Houses hoarding during a home crisis may not be celebrated,” wrote a viewer.

Another added: “Never lose your job, you will be sewn.”

A third wrote: “guilt, guilt, guilt.”

But Mrs. Starling told Daily Mail Australia that “she had seen all the annoying comments and it has no influence on me as I have heard it before.”

“I think that many of the comments come from jealousy or people who may not understand what we do and what we will achieve,” she said.

Perth -Vrouw Keeley Starling distributed Aussies after she had shared a tick video describing how she and her husband Matt became a success on the real estate market

The couple has two characteristics in Perth, while the other is located in Albany in the large southern region of WA.

Mrs. Starling attributes their own property success to hard work.

She juggling two jobs works eight services every two weeks as a nurse 'and every other day I work in real estate'.

In addition, “after my nursing services I always answer e -mails or call you,” she said.

Unlike some online commentators, her colleagues have been very supportive.

“I have had nothing but praise from my nursing colleagues, what a blessing has been,” said Mrs. Starling.

Matt, who is a draftsman, bought his first house four years ago, but as Keeley explained: “Although he bought it before we were together, it's my house, it's his house.”

“All our finances are now jointly and I now pay the mortgage (with him) and everything that has to do with the house.”

Mrs. Starling bought her first home with Matt last May.

“I saved the money before we met and had all the finances ready,” she said.

“Although Matt did not pay for the deposit, we paid together for the mortgage, so that is his second home.”

They have just bought a third house, where they will go next month.

Buying that house was fairly easy for the couple and used the equity of one of their other properties to pay for the down payment and reimbursements.

“My advice to people trying to get to the real estate market is to think outside the frameworks,” said Mrs. Starling.

'Look at characteristics in regional cities where prices are not as high as the city. I have a property in Albany, where the price was half of what you would pay in the city, but the rental income is the same.

“As soon as that has gone into value real estate, you can draw the equity to buy someone else.”

Mrs. Starling also had helpful advice for everyone who is new on the real estate market, but does not know how to get their foot in the door.

“If you are considering coming to the real estate market and you are a little nervous, don't think you should save for the costs and the deposit for all houses,” she said.

'You can take the equity to pay for the following houses. (You) should only ensure that you have sufficient loan capacity and that you can support the debt. '

She said that she had never thought I would be in this position in my life, especially at 25 that you own. “

The couple has learned a lot about the housing market of buying and renting properties.

“There are still things that Matt and I learn every day,” she said.

“There are things that we have to do, such as reducing our monthly repayments to biweekly for the two investments and then the primary (home) weekly because there are no tax benefits.”

She added that these are 'things that you did not learn at school.

“To be honest, we learned while we went and we are happy in this position where we have three houses at the age of 25.”

Mrs. Starling said that the couple hopes to add their ownership empire in the future.

“But now we want to concentrate on our current properties,” she said.
