WiseTech billionaire Richard White’s baby revealed as his secret lover Linda Rogan breaks cover – amid bankruptcy row over lavish Vaucluse love nest

Beauty entrepreneur Linda Rogan has blown cover in Sydney’s eastern suburbs amid her mysterious court case with billionaire businessman Richard White, who recently became a father again at the age of 69.

Sources close to the tech mogul confirmed that he and girlfriend Zena Nasser, a former criminal defense attorney, welcomed a daughter named Jasmine via surrogate in July.

Ms Rogan, who owns a laser clinic in Double Bay in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, is embroiled in a legal dispute with Mr White, the founder of WiseTech Global, who is worth an estimated $9.7 billion.

The 55-year-old mother of three was confronted by Mr White in the Federal Court on Wednesday as an application for a suppression order was heard.

The reason behind the dispute, which has culminated in bankruptcy proceedings against Ms. Rogan, remains unclear, but Mr. White’s lawyers are calling for key documents in the case to be suppressed.

The bankruptcy proceedings come after a lengthy local court battle between the two that began last year and appears to be related to a fight over $90,000 worth of luxury furnishings purchased for a $13.1 million mansion on the port of Vaucluse.

Ms Rogan claims Mr White secretly bought the mansion for her and her children at auction in September 2022 and then instructed her to buy furniture for the house.

Sources close to Ms Rogan said Mr White’s girlfriend was “furious” after discovering his relationship with Ms Rogan was sexual at one point.

According to allegations in court documents, Ms Rogan was locked out of the Vaucluse mansion two months later.

The property was sold at a loss for $11.5 million four months after purchase.

In February last year, “a hasty sale” of the mansion took place at “a significant loss,” Ms. Rogan said, according to court documents.

But by then, Ms. Rogan claims, she had paid more than $91,000 for furniture, including a $10,200 mattress, for which Mr. White did not reimburse her.

Ms Rogan claims she was present when documents were signed by Mr White to set up a company to buy the Vaucluse property.

“Mr. Richard White wanted to conceal his identity” regarding the property purchase, Ms. Rogan claims, according to court documents.

‘Immediately after the auction, Richard White instructed me to order furniture for the property. I visited furniture stores and placed orders,” she added.

‘I spent 6 weeks selecting and ordering furniture. [In November 2022] Richard White instructed his lawyer… to lock me out.”

‘Richard White has not responded to a single letter or communication to resolve this matter and has left me out of pocket $91,474.20 for the furniture I order[ed] based on his promises.”

Ms Rogan said Mr White, who is estimated to have a fortune of $9.72 billion, locked out the Laser Clinics franchise owner from the Vaucluse mansion two months after moving in.

Mr White has denied Ms Rogan’s allegations about their relationship, the house and the furnishings.

“I intend to defend the claim as I never entered into an agreement with the claimant (Ms Rogan) regarding the furniture… and never instructed her to purchase the furniture or engage the design services,” Mr White said, according to court documents.

Although Ms Rogan has no shortage of male admirers – with almost 15,000 followers on Instagram – she is married to Israeli mystery man Gil Sartena, a stock trader.

Ms Rogan was once a frontrunner on The Real Housewives of Sydney and is seen as a popular regular at Easts rugby club in Rose Bay.

Mr White started his WiseTech company in 1994 to write code for Australian freight forwarders. The ASX-listed company now offers productivity solutions to logistics companies.

WiseTech Global went public in 2016 with a valuation of $1 billion. It is now worth over $20 billion.

However, it is Mr. White’s partner, Ms. Nasser, who is known for making headlines.

In 2007, Ms. Nasser was accused of having an “inappropriate relationship” with a prisoner while she worked as a criminal defense attorney.

The alleged incident reportedly saw her banned by NSW Corrective Services from entering any prison in the state for up to two years.

Ms Nasser has also acted for members of the Notorious motorcycle gang and Michael Ibrahim, who pleaded guilty to manslaughter in 2008 following the fatal 2006 stabbing of Robin Nassour.

She also represented convicted murderer Bassam Hamzy and calls herself ‘mother and lawyer’ on her Twitter profile.

Ms Nasser returned to the spotlight when a video surfaced online of her recreating Abba’s Money, Money, Money while in St Tropez with Mr White.

Ms Nasser’s Facebook page is now locked. Her LinkedIn and Instagram accounts appear to have been deleted.
