Faithful said that he would personally want to apologize to his neighbors and that he has found a new house to enter.

Faithful had only recently moved to the building when he started stealing last August.

They complained to the construction manager, who rated CCTV images and believed Faithful who turned out to have found more than £ 500 in neighboring competitions.
He was arrested and accused of theft, to which he owed guilty.
