President Donald Trump would have the power to rename Greenland the 'Red, White and Blueland' under a new bill introduced in the congress.
The legislation gives Trump the power to start negotiations with Denmark to acquire Greenland and to give the island the new name.
Republican rep. Buddy Carter from Georgia introduced the bill on Monday. It still has to pass the house and the senate.
Trump claims that America needs the island for security reasons. He also had a renewing kick: on Sunday he signed an executive command to resume the Gulf of Mexico the Gulf of America.
The Prime Minister of Denmark has said that repeatedly Greenland is 'not for sale', but the fixation of Trump did not stop.

An online petition that is looking for the 'Denmarkification' of California has nearly 200,000 signatures.

Organizers estimate that they need $ 1 trillion to buy the state at Trump.
They also offered to throw a lifelong delivery of Danish pastries to live up to the deal.
Trump is not a fan of the liberal lifestyle of California, nor the left -wing governor, Gavin Newsom. He has called it a 'failed state'.
