Pam (@pamj2990) has amassed nearly 25,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares glimpses into her life.

She went viral when she used the social media app to hunt down a man she spoke to at a concert in Birmingham, Alabama.

“Right before Chris Stapleton arrived, a man came up to me,” she said.

“A big, tall, beautiful man came up to me and said, ‘I’ve been here since five o’clock and I want to go back to the front, where my house was.’

“I said, ‘Excuse me, they’re letting you through.’

“I thought he was genuinely asking for my help.”

She was surprised when, instead of taking her advice, he put his arm around her waist and said he wanted to stand with her.

Having been single for less than a year after being married for forty years, she was left speechless by his actions.

The man disappeared into the crowd and Pam said her “biggest regret” was not getting his name when she had the chance.

Among the 712,000 viewers of her video was a woman who was able to find the man after recognizing that she had been standing next to them during the concert.

“Less than 24 hours she messaged me back with a picture of this man, his name, his wife’s name, where he works and the city he lives in, right next to my city,” Pam said.

“The man only got married in April, which is very sad and tragic.”

Her followers were equally disappointed that the man was not single after being involved in the saga.

“Oh man, I’m so sorry. I was hoping for a love connection!!” someone said.

“I love your updates! Too bad he’s married, but you’re beautiful and you deserve a great guy! another wrote.

Dating tips

Gina Hendriks has been providing custom matchmaking to the world’s most elite men since 2008.

She shared a list of qualities to look for when dating:

  • Treating people poorly, such as restaurant workers
  • Overly critical of the appearance of a potential match
  • Multitasking phone calls with other activities
  • Desperate for money
  • Getting drunk on a first date
  • Inconsistent behavior
  • Showing off material possessions early on
  • Spicy photos on social media

“You’re too sweet and I’m glad you found out the truth,” chimed in a third.

‘There are good ones. Be patient,” wrote another.

Although the search didn’t yield a date, Pam said she would still prefer to meet a partner in real life rather than through a dating app.

“I got married when I was seventeen,” she said PEOPLE. “I had children very early. I have five grandchildren.

“When I was dating, as a teenager you met people at school. I knew them, I knew their families. I knew their history.

“Fast forward 42 years and it is a very bleak scene.”
